By accessing or using BelovedText, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Scope
BelovedText is a digital wish creation platform that may include accounts, dashboard tools, templates, prewritten message support, uploads, shareable wish pages, contact list features, and selected bulk or campaign workflows. Features may change, expand, or be removed over time.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these terms.
4. User Content
You retain responsibility for the messages, names, captions, uploads, lists, and other content you submit to BelovedText. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the rights or permissions needed to upload or share that content through our services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, harassment, or illegal material.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass platform protections.
- Upload content you do not have permission to use.
- Misuse bulk, contact, or campaign features in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
BelovedText retains ownership of the platform design, software, branding, original templates, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your own submitted content, subject to the limited rights needed for us to host, process, display, and operate the service.
7. Credits and Payments
BelovedText offers a credit-based system that allows users to unlock and generate wishes using premium templates. Credits can be obtained through signup bonuses, ad rewards, or purchased via credit packs.
- Credit Packs: Users may purchase credit packs at the prices listed on our Pricing page. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
- Payment Processing: Payments in India are processed via Razorpay (INR). International payments are processed via Paddle (USD). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the respective payment processor.
- Credit Usage: Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. Classic/basic templates cost 5 credits per generation; premium templates cost 10 credits per generation.
- No Expiry: Purchased and earned credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update templates, change workflows, limit features, or modify the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free operation. Credit pack pricing and availability may change without prior notice.
9. Third-Party Services
BelovedText may use or link to third-party tools, ads, hosting services, analytics providers, payment processors (including Razorpay and Paddle), or external pages. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or service availability. Payment data is handled directly by the payment processor and is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer
BelovedText is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BelovedText will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the platform if we believe these terms have been violated, if the service is being abused, or if continuing access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
